Math is a passion of mine. I enjoy helping students build a strong mathematical foundation, gain confidence, and even develop an appreciation for a subject that many find intimidating. My goal is to make math approachable and engaging for every learner. I utilize a personalized approach, formatting sessions to meet each child's specific learning needs. Why Math Matters?

Many students don’t realize the vast importance of math. They often complain that they will never need to solve an algebraic equation or find the surface area of a cylinder in the “real world.” While this may be true, the importance of doing well in your math courses goes well beyond that rationale. According to the experts at College Board, students that take Geometry in high school have about an 80% probability of attending college! In addition, most colleges and universities require at least 3 years of high school math.

Math skills are also needed for standardized testing, such as the SAT, and every career uses math to some degree! Not only that, math can be a fun, challenging puzzle that trains our minds to organize complicated situations into clear, simple, and logical steps.
